    Mix sugar and eggs (only yolks) till creamly

    Ad milk (825ml) mix well, ad lemon skin and cinamon and put onto the stove (hight).

    Move constantly so it can not boil (si vol bullir remenar perque no bulli!)

    When you can't avoid it starts to boiling ad 125ml of milk well mixed with maizena and cook on low stove for a few minutes till it truns creamy

    put on a large tray and let it cool
