Canned artichokes in vinegar and oil in order to enjoy them all year round, are ideal to accompany grilled meat or chicken, or combined with other vegetables in a salad.

Clean the artichokes and boil the hearts in water and vinegar for about 8 minutes (double vinager to water), so that the hearts are cooked only a little but they are still hard. |
